Douglass Windows(PVCu) Ltd. is a family run business established in 1980 to install PVCu windows. The company was started in Lisnaskea by Robert Douglass and then moved to new purpose built premises at Maguiresbridge in 1984.

The manufacture of modern PVCu windows is a very complex procedure. To the average householder one plastic window can look very like another, which, in practice, is far from reality.

All the windows and doors we install are manufactured from profile extruded by a company called Rehau. Rehau are one of the most respected and experienced producers of plastic products. In addition to producing profile for PVCu windows they manufacture 40,000 other different products for an extensive range of users from heart-by-pass valves, to car bumpers for Mercedes, Porsche and Volkswagen.

All windows in either white, oak or mahogany finishes are made to Rehau full technical specification. Our windows are one of the very few to have been independently tested and approved for manufacture, durability, colour fastness and weather sealing qualities by the BRITISH BOARD OF AGREEMENT. BBA is possibly the most difficult authorisation to obtain requiring continual inspection of the manufacturing process and regular testing of finished frames for compliance.

Consequently our customers may rest assured that the windows and doors we supply and install are manufactured to an extremely high specification, comply with the strictest quality assessment procedures attainable and will provide them with many years of trouble free satisfaction.
